I believe the aim of reflexology is to create homeostasis, which means that the organs in the body are all working together and at their best,massage also helps bring about balance. Healing brings about a balance in the body, mind and spirit.

- Headcorn Forstal Holistic, Wednesday 9.00-7.00 Reflexology, Massage and Healing.
